Ingredient Notes
Chicken Breast
I use boneless, skinless chicken breasts. They should be about 6-8 ounces each so there is plenty of room to stuff the filling.
Garlic Powder
I use garlic powder to make it more flavorful. You can also add fresh garlic but it may not blend properly with the spice mix.
Paprika
I added paprika powder to give it color and a subtle smoke. If you want to make it more smoky, you can add smoked paprika.
Salt and pepper
Salt and pepper are added to season the dish.
Olive oil
Olive oil is used to marinate the chicken breast. If you want to make it more appetizing, you can also use avocado oil or butter.
Broccoli flowers
I use fresh broccoli for the filling in this recipe, you can also use steamed broccoli but it should be finely chopped.
Cheddar cheese
I use sharp cheddar for the filling, it gives the dish a tangy flavor. You can also add a mild cheddar or mozzarella blend to make this stuffing.
Cream cheese
Cream cheese is added to this filling to make it more appetizing, creamy and smooth. You can also add ricotta cheese to make it lighter and spicier.
Parmesan Cheese
I add Parmesan cheese to make it more flavorful.
Garlic
I added crushed garlic to make it more flavorful and aromatic.
