Keto Broccoli Steam Noodles


These Keto Broccoli Stem Noodles with Sesame Ginger Dressing are so delicious and flavorful. We can easily prepare these noodles with the dressing in just ten minutes. This dish only required a few simple keto-friendly ingredients like tamari, apple cider vinegar, coconut aminos, and sesame seeds that are easily available in grocery stores or pantry. This sesame and ginger dressing is an Asian-inspired dressing that I have modified to make it keto-friendly to use. I can make the noodles with a spiralizer but if that is not available, you can also make the noodles with a vegetable peeler. The sesame ginger dressing in this Keto Broccoli Stem Noodles only contains 3.6 grams of fiber and 6.4 grams of net carbs.

Ingredients
  • 4 large broccoli stalks
  • 2 tbsp. roasted sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. coconut aminos
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp. grated ginger
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp. roasted sesame seeds

Directions
  1. Take the broccoli stems and wash the stems with clean water.
  2. Then make broccoli noodles with a spiral vegetable cutter. We can also make noodles with vegetable peelers.
  3. Then put the broccoli noodles in a bowl.
  4. Take a small bowl and add coconut aminos, sesame oil, ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper powder.
  5. Mix them with a whisk.
  6. Then add the sauce to the bowl of noodles and mix well to combine.

  • We can serve these broccoli noodles with grilled meats like pork, chicken, or steak. It pairs wonderfully with it.
  • Grilled fish like salmon, tilapia, or shrimp also pair well with these noodles.
