- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp almond flour

Directions
To make the chaffles
- Preheat the waffle maker to medium heat.

- Mix it until you have a smooth batter.
- Put two to three tablespoons of the batter into the waffle maker and turn off the waffle maker.
- Cook them for 3 to 5 minutes or until they are perfectly crispy and golden brown.
- Follow the same process to make all the chaffles with the remaining batter.
