Keto Chocolate Sticks


These keto chocolate sticks are very tasty and delicious. They are made with all keto friendly ingredients so that we can eat these sticks without any guilt. These chocolate sticks are very quick to prepare which takes just less than 0.5 hour to prepare and then they put it in the fridge to set. We can easily store these keto chocolate sticks in the freezer for 1 or 2 months. We can easily change the recipe of this chocolate stick as per our liking. These keto chocolate sticks contain only 2 grams of net carbohydrates and 2 grams of fiber.

Ingredients
Chocolate sticks
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans or almonds
Chocolate coating
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinches of sea salt

Directions
Make the sticks
  1. Pour the coconut oil into a saucepan and melt the oil over low heat.
  2. Take a mixing bowl and add the melted coconut oil, almond butter and cocoa powder.
  3. Stir both the ingredients until smooth.
  4. Add the erythritol to the bowl and mix it until it is properly incorporated.
  5. After that add the vanilla essence and salt to the bowl and whisk them again to mix.
  6. We can also add MCT oil to the bowl and mix it again to make it smooth.
  7. Take the silicone chocolate molds and pour the mixture into the molds.
  8. Tap the molds lightly to smooth the mixture then put them in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours so that they can get the right shape.
Coating
  1. Take a small mixing bowl and add melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, salt, erythritol, and cocoa powder.
  2. Mix them until they are smooth.
  3. When the chocolate is set, remove them from the mold and pour the chocolate mixture over it.
  4. Then put these sticks in the freezer to set again for 30+ minutes then enjoy.

Tips
  • We can add additional coconut oil to thin the consistency of the chocolate mixture if it is a little thick.
  • We use Erythritol to make this chocolate sticks but you can also use monk fruit or stevia to make them.
  • If you don't have chocolate molds you can pipe the stick shape line on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and put it in the freezer to set.
  • You can also add some additional mix-ins like shredded coconut, or some chopped nuts like almonds, peanuts, walnuts, or pistachios.
