Ingredients
For the pudding base

Instructions
Prepare the pudding

  3. Stir it in a few until the mixture is warm but not intervals boiling.
  4. Take a bowl and add 3 egg yolks.
  5. Add a small amount of milk to the eggs and slowly mix with the eggs to temper the eggs.
  6. Then slowly add the eggs to the saucepan and stir while adding the egg yolks.
  7. We can continue mixing until the mixture thickens.
  8. When the mixture thickens, place the saucepan on the shelf and add the xanthan gum or gelatin.
