These Keto Cheese Beef Baguettes are delicious. They are made with the flavors of beef cheese and toasted keto baguette. The only bread in this recipe is a high-carb cheese which we can easily replace with a keto-friendly baguette to make this recipe low-carb and keto-friendly. It is also vegan and gluten-free. But it is not dairy-free because it contains cheese. Now we can make this recipe using dairy-free cheese substitutes like cashew coconut or plant-based cheese. Ingredients
  • One pound ground beef
  • A quarter of a small onion
  • Two cloves of garlic
  • A half teaspoon dried basil
  • A tablespoon of olive oil
  • A quarter quarter ground red pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup K-Friendly Marinara Sauce
  • 1. Dried oregano
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • 4 slices keto bread

Instructions
  1. Place a large pan on the stove and heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped garlic and onion to the frying pan.
  3. Fry them until the onions become transparent and we get a nice aroma from the garlic
  4. We can add the chopped beef to the pan
  5. Roast the beef for about five to seven minutes or until it is nicely browned
  6. Add the marinara sauce, black pepper, basil and oregano, salt and red pepper flakes
  7. Mix them together with a spatula.
  8. We can cook the beef for two to three minutes so that all the flavors blend together.
  9. Take a knife and cut the keto-friendly baguette into two to three inch lengths.
  10. Then we take a spoon and pour the mixture onto the bread.
  11. Gently pat the mixture to pack it into the bread and add the shredded cheese on top.
  12. Preheat the air fryer to 35 degrees F and line the basket with parchment paper. Place the assembled baguettes in the basket one at a time and air fry them for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden and crispy. When done, garnish with freshly grated cheese.
